74 Ironhead

Our 74 Ironhead was pretty much a basket case, we are re-building it complete, hardtailing. my son Jack is 13, we are doing it together, most of it will be him, (hopefully) You bastards are helping us a ton...so thanks a lot in advance...your web site rocks.

Heres Jack...getting started on the frame, I have been working on the motor ( 1000 xlch).

I bought a 1974 Harley Ironhead XLCH 1000, for $800 out of a shed, it is in good shape but I am rebuilding it. I will need some advise as I go. I have it ripped down to nothing. I am planning a hardtail, with a springer front end. This will be my first complete...out of my garage.
I did a 97 Fat boy custom but didnt do it all myself
